In answer. So, in answer to questions on the last page, no, it was not anyone in particular that Wilhelm knew. It was just his reaction to having a severed head thrown into his lap, and will be discussed over the next few pages. :)

this is a really really gorgeous comic! I give you my utmost respect for drawing about such a touchy subject with neither suppoting it nor belittleing it. Please keep up this wonderful comic!

I really like the story so far. It's a refreshing change of pace from what i usually see on the site. I'll be keeping my eye open for future updates. ^^

This really god so far, even if isn't any boy romance.
Im not trying to sound like a rapid yaoi fangirl but is going to be any?
It just seems like there will be for some odd reason.

In reply to xhahakistinax I don't really do out-an-out yaoi, but the comic is essentially the relationship between the two of them, and the odd way that it grows. It's certainly not normal. :) Mostly I will hint at stuff and let people draw their own conclusions. I'm trying to keep as accurate as I can, and homosexuality was a preeeetty strict no-no, as I mention on page four, or something.

In reply to Kai: He doesn't, and it's not there yet. It becomes a major plot point later on, so don't worry. :)

Hey, this is really cool so far. I like how you're taking such an interesting yet untouched subject, although I suppose it is untouched for a good reason. I'm faving this ^___^

Third panel is amazing. I really like how the hair came out on this page... Is that less time consuming than other ways to do dark hair? I have a few of my own, and I'm always looking for ways to cut inking time down. @_@

This is an insult to history, art, you name it.
Dear artist - I can see the purpose of romanticizing the 3rd Reich (you're not the first and by far not the last) and making the main character look like some emosexual (or "yaoi" or whatever you name it), but why making the whole comic so goddamn unauthentic to a degree of mockery?
You're supposedly writing about a dark age in the 20th century, but I fail to see the seriousness this issue has and boy do I find it serious! I lost half my family to that goddamn war, together with another 50 million people or more and you're making some comic to entertain otaku nerds with it?
Heck, I don't find it offending because of it presents Nazis in a seemingly "good" light. I don't find it offending because I'm half Jewish. I find it offending because it's written by a tit who missed far too many history classes and prolly been "punishing the bishop" to some gay-skinhead porn instead, because if you were attending a single history lesson, you would know an SS officer would not be scared to the sight of a torn off head. I would know. My grandmother's cousin, her daughter just had a baby when the Panzers rolled in town. Two Nazi soldiers took her baby, one pulled it by the body, the other on the head, till it torn clean off!!!
